30 bags of clothes donated to Winnunga community
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts’ First Nations Network held a Winter Clothing Drive during NAIDOC week. Over 30 bags of clothes were donated by the department to Winnunga to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Canberra and surrounds during a very cold winter.

Thank you to Robyn D’Arcy this lady is amazing she knits Tigers for the Nurses at Winnunga to hand to the children when they come in. She has been doing this for a very long time. She dropped in her 600th Tiger last week for the Winnunga team
Barang Regional Alliance Youth Leadership Group from the Central Coast visit to Winnunga
Visit to Winnunga on 13 July 2023 from the Barang Regional Alliance Youth Leadership Group from the Central Coast, with Belinda Field (CEO of Yerrin Aboriginal Medical Service) and Corrine Hodgson and Gary Field from the Barang Regional Alliance. This was hosted by the Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs.
