Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health and Community Services (WNAHCS) is governed by a Board of six Directors elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting every three years.

 

The primary role of the Board of Directors is to set the strategic direction of WNAHCS and oversee the implementation of the strategic plan, providing leadership within a framework of good governance. It includes ensuring that all legal obligations are met.

The current WNAHCS Board of Directors are as follows:
